Due to last year’s water service upgrade by Suez Water, Winchester Drive, South Kingstown will be reclaimed and repaved starting September 13, 2021 (weather permitting).

Delays and/or detours during construction can be expected.  Utility cuts will be prohibited for a five (5) year period once the above noted roads are repaved.
