As of 7am September 2nd, the following sections of roads are temporarily closed due to flooding:  

• Columbia Street between Kingstown Rd. and Church St.
• Spring Street between Kingstown Rd. and Church St.
• Saugatucket Road between Rose Hill Road and Broad Rock Road

Other areas in Town including sections of Pond Street and Saugatucket Road may be blocked to traffic as well.  Drivers are urged to use extreme caution and avoid all areas where significant flooding is apparent, whether or not the area has been closed.
