In an effort to build better bicycle and pedestrian circulation in Town, the South Kingstown Bicycle-Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) has prepared the South Kingstown Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP). The Plan, as presented to the Town Council in September 2020, provides vision and guidance as the Town expands opportunities for residents and visitors of all ages and abilities to bike and walk comfortably and safely throughout Town.
To promote the BPMP and gain feedback from residents, the South Kingstown Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee will hold a virtual public session on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 6:00 PM, click here to view the flyer. The meeting will include a guest speaker from Grow Smart RI to review the State's RI Complete Streets Action Plan. The public will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. In the meantime, please visit the South Kingstown Bicycle - Pedestrian Advisory Committee website for more information about the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP) and other information about BPAC.
