Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Governor issued an Executive Order on March 23, 2020 to delay the Presidential Preference Primary from April 28, 2020 to JUNE 2, 2020 and to prepare for a predominantly mail ballot election. Mail Ballot Applications were mailed to every voter, to check the status of your ballot go to the Secretary of State’s website, Please note: if you have not already mailed your voted ballot to the Board of Elections, you may deliver your voted mail ballot to the outdoor drop box at Town Hall or the drop box at the Community Recreation Center no later than Tuesday, June 2nd at 8pm.
In person voting for the Presidential Preference Primary will be held at the Town of South Kingstown’s Community Recreation Center, located at 30 St. Dominic Road, on Tuesday, June 2nd between the hours of 7am and 8pm. Identification is required, and wearing a face mask is encouraged.
