[ARCHIVED] Vote while Social Distancing... Get a Mail Ballot!

Due to ongoing concerns with COVID-19 (coronavirus), the Town is encouraging members of the public to consider using the Vote by Mail option for the Presidential Preference Primary to be held on April 28th, 2020.  Mail Ballot Applications are available online at https://vote.sos.ri.gov/Content/Pdfs/Calendar/PPP-MailBallot.pdf  Please note the deadline for submitting an application is Tuesday April 7th, 2020 by 4pm.  Please contact the Town Clerk’s Office with any questions, (401) 789-9331 x1236.

The State of Rhode Island Board of Elections issued a Press Release recently advising the public they are coordinating with the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) and other state agencies to ensure polling place readiness for the Presidential Preference Primary to be held on April 28th, 2020 and encourages voters to cast mail ballots.  To read the full press release, click the link below.
