At a meeting held on Monday, September 11th the Town Council voted to withdraw a question from the ballot for the election on Tuesday, November 7th seeking voter approval of a $125 million School Bond Referendum to construct and equip a new High School, Athletic Facility and other School Facilities. 

As a result, there will be no election for voters in the Town of South Kingstown, as we are not part of the Congressional District 1 election.
