The Bicycle-Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is an “ad hoc” (special purpose) body of the Town that meets the third Thursday of every month. BPAC's mission is to promote walking and biking across the community, including but not limited to incorporating the consideration of the needs of cyclists and pedestrians in the Town’s circulation system and infrastructure through education and outreach efforts involving town officials, residents and commercial entities. The Committee evaluates and makes recommendations to the Town Council regarding general bikeability and walkability initiatives.
