The responsibilities of the Committee shall be to provide general oversight of the implementation of the Palisades Mill Complex Reuse Feasibility Study, and to perform other duties as follows:
The Committee will: a) conduct consultant interviews and make a recommendation to the Council to award a consulting contract; and b) review the progress of each phase of the progress including meeting with the consultant to review draft reports and internal working documents.
