H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinics will be held for the general public on:
Date: Tuesday, January 26, 2010
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Location: Matunuck Elementary School, Matunuck Beach Road, South Kingstown, RI
Anyone 18 years of age or older may be vaccinated at this public clinic. People will not have to present identification and anyone may attend, regardless of where they live. South County Hospital will also offer an H1N1 Flu Clinic on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the South Kingstown Senior Center, 25 St. Dominic Road, Wakefield (located off Broad Rock Rock). The vaccine is free to Rhode Island residents who carry any type of insurance coverage. Proof of health insurance coverage must be presented to receive the vaccine for free. For all others, the cost of the vaccination is $30.00, which can be paid by cash or check to South County Hospital.
