South Kingstown EMS provides two paramedics in each transporting ambulance. It generally takes at least three care providers to provide proper treatment and movement of a patient out of a house or automobile. Rescue 2 provides additional staff to each scene. Rescue 2 also provides Advanced Life Support to URI and Charlestown EMS if requested by those services.
