How does the Town notify the public about a request for bid/proposal?

Requests for bids/proposals are advertised in the local newspaper, South County Independent. In addition, the Town of South Kingstown participates in a Vendor E-mail Notification System with other RI Municipalities. The system allows vendors who register to be notified by E-mail of upcoming bid solicitations.
