How do I become a member of The Center?

If you are 60 years of age or disabled (with Social Security documentation) at any age, you are eligible to become a member of The Center. In the case of a married couple, one spouse must be 60 years of age.
You will be asked to complete a brief form consisting of some pertinent information about you and the name of an emergency contact person. There is no fee to become a member of The Center.
