The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing lot into three (3) parcels, two of which (Lots A & B) are proposed for single-family residential development (one of which is the existing dwelling on the subject lot) and the other (Lot C) is proposed to be a restricted parcel containing the existing SKLT conservation easement in its entirety.
