Major Subdivision - Flexible Design Residential Project

The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing parcel into sixteen (16) lots for residential development as a Flexible Design Residential Project (FDRP) with access via a private roadway. Of these parcels, fifteen (15) are proposed to be developed as single-family residences and one (1) proposed to be developed as a duplex. The applicant proposes to provide three (3) affordable units on two (2) of these parcels (one single-family dwelling on Lot 2 and the proposed duplex on Lot 16).

Current Status:Upon receiving a Certificate of Completeness this application is anticipated to be scheduled with the Technical Review Committee in August and potentially with the Planning Board at their August regular session meeting.
